THE BELLY CASTING SESSION
at the studio is: $125 +tax
RETAINER / DEPOSIT FEE: $62.50 + tax
THE BALANCE WILL BE: $62.50 + tax
THE BALANCE DUE DATE: The balance is due one week prior to the session date
SESSION DETAILS:
- includes pre-session consult
- session takes place at the studio
- non toxic materials will be used
- you may wear a bra or have an natural cast
- you may upgrade to include kids or partners hand/hands and that fee will be added to the balance due
- your cast will be ready for pick up within 2 days or if we are providing the artwork we will keep your cast and begin the art process
SESSION DAY TERMS:
CLIENTS MUST BE ON TIME: Clients 20 mins or later will be rescheduled with an additional $50 fee for the inconvenience.
NO VISITORS: Only the person being casted is permitted at the appointment. Do not bring friends or family members unless approved. Partners & kids are permitted but only if they are being casted.
NO SICK CHILDREN or ADULTS: Anyone with any contagious illness is NOT permitted in the studio. Anyone with any sign of a cold or flu or any communicable disease must reschedule. If your children are sick we will reschedule at no additional charge. If you arrive with a sick child you will be asked to leave or have someone pick up your child for you. It is a health risk to have sick children in our studio as we have many maternity and newborn clients visit during the week as well as Diane Yvon being a NICU and birth photographer and cannot be exposed to sick children.
COVID PROTOCOL: As stated above anyone with signs of a communicable disease may not enter the studio. Clients must wear a mask to enter the studio and must wear a mask during the appointment. You will be asked to use hand sanitizer upon entering the studio.
NO EATING: Covid guidelines state we cannot offer refreshments. We do not allow eating in the studio but you may bring a bottled water.
NO CELL PHONE USE IN THE APPT AREA: Taking pictures or recording with cameras or phones is not permitted at any time during the appointment. Loud talking is very disruptive. If your partner has to make a call we ask that they do so in the massage room or in your car away from the appointment area.
NO CELL SOCIAL MEDIA INTERACTING DURING THE SESSION: We realize many clients want to post on social media to share what they are doing but this interferes with appointment as it is not possible to fully be present when carrying on conversations with others. This also slows productivity.
REFUND TERMS:
In the unlikely event you experience an emergency and the session cannot be rescheduled, you will be refunded in full.
If the session is cancelled due to a non emergency and is not being rescheduled, it must be cancelled within 3 days for a full refund.
If the session is cancelled and will not be rescheduled, without giving a 3 day notice, a $50 untimely cancel fee is implemented. The remainder paid will be refunded.
ALLERGY LIABILITY WAIVER:
We use coconut, olive oil, shea butter or petroleum jelly as a barrier for the cast not to stick to your skin. We are not responsible for any allergic reaction that you or anyone partaking in the casting process could have. We have never had anyone have an allergic reaction int he 20+ years we've been casting. .
DAMAGE WAIVER:
You will be held financially responsibly if your child damages studio equipment or gear due to unsupervised children.
COPYRIGHT:
We often photograph during the appt for you to have keepsake images. Diane Yvon Photography & Mama & Me Photography Spa retains the ultimate copyright to all digital image files. Clients receive a print release for images to be printed for personal use only. Digital image files or prints from those files may not be used for commercial purposes, sold or assigning to any 3rd party, and clients may not enter any image into a print competition without written consent of the studio. We have a business attorney who will prosecute violators of our copyright terms.
